The “GD Accademia” Professional School is the result of the cooperation of high Technologists of bakery products and organizes courses at different levels for Bread-Bakers, Pastry-Cooks and Pizza-Makers.

The new structure is provided with a didactic classroom for theoretical lessons and  a modern laboratory for practical ones, equipped with several machineries and ovens, normally used in handicraft laboratories.

Private Tuition on the one-to-one system and consultancy  available on request.
